Hello, students, and welcome to the Summer 2021 semester. We hope you have a great start to your classes. Here are a couple of things to keep in mind as you use Blackboard:

(1) Don’t see your course? Please review this help guide: Missing a Current Semester Course

(2) Don’t see your class meetings in the “USC Zoom Pro Meeting” link in Blackboard? Make sure you are logged into your USC Zoom account. Logging in will allow you to see all of the Zoom meetings for your class in Blackboard, and it also means you won’t have to wait in the waiting room. Here is a guide for more information and instructions: Why aren’t my Zoom class meetings in Blackboard?

(3) Submitting Assessments and Reviewing Feedback: Please review our Coursework guide to see how to submit and review assignments, tests, and other assessments.

(4) Please update your browsers! To ensure the features in Blackboard work correctly, make sure you are using a supported browser by going to the Browser Checker. A list of supported browsers are available here: Supported Browsers.

  • Please note: While Safari is listed as a supported browser, there are often functionality issues. As a best practice, please use updated versions of Chrome or Firefox, instead.

If you have any questions or need support, please visit our USC Blackboard Support and Training page to see a list of help options available to you.
